Hey Everyone,
So far this week has been a beast it has been one tough workout after another, and no 2 workouts seem to be alike… And we are not just running around a track either, we are doing some serious cross training!!! We are going straight unconventional and it works because as I said on twitter a few weeks ago I’m a talented, unique women, living an exciting UNCONVENTIONAL life… So training this way should be interesting, certainly effective, and by the end EXCITING. Even though I may not be leading each workout, my goal is to get everything I can out of them. I have one more workout this week, I wounder what Coach has in store for us!!! Whelp no use in trying to figure it out I will find out when the time comes…
